国防生高校基础教育现状分析

摘　　要：国防生培养工作历经十余年的探索与实践,已取得显著成效,毕业国防生已经成为军队干部的重要来源。作为国防生培养工作中重要环节的高校基础教育,对国防生培养质量的优劣起着关键作用,直接关系到依托普通高等教育培养高素质军事人才战略举措的成败。基于国防生高校基础教育的培养实践,分析了当前国防生综合素质培养中取得的成绩和存在的问题,并对国防生高校基础教育现状的成因进行了探讨。Cultivating national denfence students has achieved remarkable effect.National defence graduates have been the important source ofmilitary personnel.As the important step of cultivating national denfence students,basic education of higher learning plays a vital role in improving the quality of national denfence students,and it relates to the success of cultivating military personnel by reliance on regular institutions of higher learning.Considering the practical experience of basic education of national denfence students in college,this paper analyses the achievements and the problems in fostering national denfence students＇comprehensive quality,and then analyses their causes.
