高校教师创新能力的演化博弈及其对策分析

摘　　要：高校教师的创新能力是教师的一种综合素质。通过构建教师的单群体模仿者动态微分方程,探讨了教师创新策略的展开过程。验算结果表明:教师选择创新策略的充分条件(ESS)是高校推出奖励创新政策,持续提高教师创新收益。因此,高校要基于人本管理的思想,强化服务,使人尽其才,这样既能增强教师的创新能力,又可提升高校整体创新水平。College teachers＇innovation ability is a comprehensive quality.The paper builds monomorphic population replicator dynamic model to analyse the innovation strategy.The results show that sufficient condition of innovation strategy is to improve teachers＇income continuously.Therefore,universities should increase service to improve teachers＇ innovation ability and university innovation level based on people-based management thought.
