摘　　要：创新社会管理的内涵,是在社会管理中凸显社会维度的力量,进而实现社会自治管理与政府社会管理的对接与耦合。发展社会组织是创新社会管理的有效路径,这主要体现在社会组织的社会联结、组织化和协助政府完善公共服务等功能上。当前应抓住社会组织发展的良好契机,同时破解制约社会组织发展的两大瓶颈,以推动社会组织的健康发展。The connotation of innovation of social management is to highlight the strength of social dimension,and furthermore,to realize joint and coupling between autonomous management of society and social management of government.To develop non-governmental organization is an important path to innovation of social management,which is mainly embodied in the function of social binding,organization as well as perfection of public service by the non-governmental organization.In the present,we should grasp the good opportunity as well as crack two bottlenecks to prompt the healthy development of non-governmental organization.
