盐酸莫西沙星片在门诊治疗社区获得性肺炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察莫西沙星片在门诊口服治疗社区获得性肺炎的疗效及安全性。方法:将87例社区获得性肺炎患者,随机分为治疗组(44例)和对照组(43例),治疗组用莫西沙星片口服,400mg,1次/d,治疗12d,对照组用左氧氟沙星注射液400mg静滴,治疗12d,观察两组临床症状、体征、X线胸片、疗效和药物的不良反应。结果:治疗组与对照组的有显效率分别为95.45%和79.07%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);细菌清除率治疗组为93.14%,对照组为71.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:莫西沙星在门诊给药高效、安全、方便、依从性好。Objective：To observe the efficacy and safety of oral Moxifloxacin in the treatment of Community Acquired Pneumonia（CAP）.Methods：A randomized method was adopted to compare Moxifloxacin 0.4 g/d （test group） for 12 days with Levofloxacin 0.4 g/d （control group） after the treatment of 12 days for 87 cases of CAP in Hospital outpatients from 2009 to 2011. We observed their clinical symptoms,signs,X-ray,effect and adverse reactions.Results：The total efficiency in test group was significantly higher than that in control group （95.45% vs 79.07%,P0.05）;the ratio of bacteria eradication in test group was dramatically higher than that in control group （93.14% vs 71.78%, P0.05）.Conclusion：Moxifloxacin is efficient,convenient,safety and well compliance of outpatient in the treatment of outpatient CAP.
