摘 要:目的:开展ICU目标性研究,分析医院感染发生状况和原因,为医院感染的防控提供依据。方法:采用目标性监测方法监测2011年1-6月入住ICU的患者医院感染发生情况。结果:目标性监测248例患者,发生医院感染35例,感染率为14.11%,日医院感染率为24.54‰,调整日感染率为9.40‰;呼吸机相关性肺部感染千日发病率为39.66‰,血管内导管相关性血流感染千日发病率为1.46‰,留置尿管相关性泌尿道感染千日发病率为9.07‰。结论:开展ICU医院感染目标性监测,针对危险因素尤其是呼吸机相关性肺炎进行有效干预,可降低ICU的医院感染率。Objective:To develop target research of nosocomial infection of ICU,analysis status and reasons of nosocomial infection,provide the basis for prevention and control of osocomial infection.Methods: Using the target research method to monitoring nosocomial infection incidence in ICU from January to June 2011.Results:248 cases were selected as the supervision targets,35 patients with nosocomial infection were found out and the incidence of infection casetimes was 14.11%,with daily incidence of 24.54‰,and all adiusted daily incidence of 9.40‰,Ventilator associated lung infection incidence rate was 39.66 per thousand thousand;the rate of catheter-related blood stream infections was 1.46‰;and that of catheter associated urinary tract infections was 9.07‰.Conclusion:Nosocomialinfection rate in a comprehensive ICU can be decreased through targeted surveillance by surveying the infection risk factors and developing effective control especially the using of respirato
