摘  要:美国JOY公司生产的综采工作面液压支架,在返回神东煤炭集团设备维修中心进行大修时,前连杆发生变形的几率高达80豫,本文以美国JOY公司生产的5.5m液压支架前连杆为研究对象,对其工作与受力情况进行了分析,查找变形原因,并提出了防止变形的措施,提高了前连杆强度,改善了工作环境,增强了支架使用寿命和支护安全性,同时节约了前连杆外委修复或更换的费用。The deformation rate of front connecting rod of the fully mechanized mining face hydraulic support produced by JOY Company of America, has reached to 80% while being heavily repaired in Equipment Repair Center of Shenhua Shendong Coal Group. Setting the front connecting rod of 5.5m hydraulic support produced by JOY Company as the research object, the paper analyzes its work and force, finds deformation causes and puts forward corresponding effective preventive measures, which increase the intensity of front connecting rod, improve its working condition, increase the service life and support security of the support and save the cost of outsourcing repair or replacement of front connecting rod.
