摘 要:研究了阻燃聚丙烯(PP)分子量及其分布、不同黏度阻燃PP材料对塑化能力(塑化时间)影响;同时研究注塑过程中螺杆转速及背压变化对塑化时间的影响。结果表明,在PP材料的熔体流动速率接近时,阻燃PP重均分子量越高,分子量分布越窄,塑化时间越短;阻燃PP的黏度越高,塑化时间越短。注塑螺杆转速提高,塑化能力提高;增加注塑背压,不利于PP的塑化,不利于缩短塑化时间。The influence of different molecular weight and distribution, different viscosity of polypropylene ( PP ) on plasticizing ability ( plasticizing time ) of flame retardant PP was studied.At the same time, the influence of screw speed and back pressure changes in injection molding process on plasticizing time was also studied.The results showed that if flame retardant PP had near melt flow rate, the higher the molecular weight and the narrower the molecular weight distribution, the shorter plasticizing time was ; the higher viscosity, the shorter plasticizing time was. Increasing screw speed had benefit to improve ability of plasticizing, but increasing back pressure would be disadvantageous to plasticizing of PP.
