儿童哮喘患者血清特异性IgE分析

摘　　要：目的观察分析儿童哮喘患者血清特异性IgE检测的结果,总结其临床意义。方法选择变态反应专科门诊2009年4月～2011年4月108例哮喘的患儿,分别对其进行19种特异性IgE和血清中总IgE检测,分析其过敏原。结果在吸入性的过敏原中,以户尘螨的阳性率最高,其次为屋尘,明显高于其它过敏原(P<0.05),具有统计学意义;在食入性的过敏原中,以鸡蛋白的阳性率最高,其次为虾,明显高于其它过敏原(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论检测特异性IgE和血清中总IgE能协助临床诊断,并合理选择治疗方案,具有重要的临床意义。Objective To observe and analyze the children patients with asthma serum specific IgE detection results, summarize its clinical significance. Methods In our hospital from 2009 April to 2011 April, 108 cases of asthma in children, separately carries on the 19 kinds of specific IgE in serum and IgE detection, analysis of allergens. Results The inhalation of allergens of Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus, with the positive rate was the highest, followed by house dust, was higher than that of other allergens（P0.05）, with statistical significance; in the ingestion of the allergen in egg white, with the positive rate was the highest, followed by the shrimp, is obviously higher than that of other allergens （P0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion The detection of specific IgE in serum and IgE can assist in clinical diagnosis, and rational selection of treatment scheme, has important clinical significance.
