摘　　要：目的:探讨眼底血管荧光造影患者进行护理及心理干预对检查效果的影响。方法:对290例眼底血管荧光造影患者在造影前、造影中、造影后采取相应的护理指导及心理干预,比较患者干预前、后恐惧、紧张、焦虑、烦躁不安等等心理不适症状的发生情况。结果:护理及心理干预后患者恐惧、紧张、焦虑、烦躁不安等心理不适症状的发生率明显低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),患者能取得很好的配合并获得满意的检查效果。结论:相应的护理指导及心理干预在眼底血管荧光造影中具有积极的作用。Objective： To investigate the influence of nursing and psychological intervention on patients undergoing fundus fluorescein angiography detection.Methods：A total of 290 cases of patients undergoing fundus fluorescein angiography detection were given psychological intervention before/during/after the procedure,psychological status including fear,tension,anxiety,irritability were detected and compared before and after the detection.Results： After psychological intervention,scores in fear,tension,anxiety,irritability were significantly lower than that before the intervention（P0.05）.Conclusions：Psychological intervention has a positive effect on patients undergoing fundus fluorescein angiography detection.
