摘 要:以水杨羟肟酸作为捕收剂,从包钢稀土浮选尾矿中回收稀土.通过单一流程的正交试验确定了浮选稀土的最佳试验条件;通过一次粗选、两次精选及一次扫选的全流程试验研究,最终获得品位为53.24%,回收率为25.31%的稀土精矿.The salieyl hydroxamie acid as a collector was researched for the recovery of rarc-earth from the tailling containing rare-earth from Baiyunebo ores in China. Orthogonal tests were designed on the flotation of the tailing and the sing]e-flow sheet of the best test condition was studied, followed by a whole-flow sheet consisting of one rougher, two cleanings and one scavenging for creating the tailing from rare-earth flotation. From this study, a rare-earth concentrate with a REO grade of 53.24% and REO recovery of 25.31% was obtained.
