借助土地整治推动土地适度规模经营——以皖江城市带为例

摘　　要：土地规模经营已经成为土地利用方式的必然趋势,但是现阶段的推广还存在较大难度。在皖江城市带,土地整治规模不断扩大,并通过土地整治,改善了农田基础设施,有利于提高机械化和农业现代化水平,促进剩余劳动力转移,从而实现农民增收。但在推进土地规模经营的同时,应注意"适度"规模、提高土地经营者素质等。Scale land management has become an inevitable trend in land use management,but which is still difficult to promote.In belt of Wanjiang City,the scales of land remediation have been expanding.Through land remediation,to improve farmland infrastructure,to raise the level of mechanization and modernization,to speed the transfer of surplus labor,thereby to increase farmers＇ income.However,in promoting scale land management,we should pay attention to the problem of the ＂moderate＂ size,land quality of the operators.
