摘　　要：长沙县是我国中西部地区的强县之一,随着城镇化进程的加快,在其发展过程中不可避免的形成了一个数量庞大且特殊的弱势群体—失地农民。该文对长沙县失地农民的特殊性进行了阐述,并对其制度、经济、养老、医疗、就业保障方面的现状展开了抽样调查,分析了失地农民的保障现状和存在问题,提出了一些建议。Changsha County is the first county of China＇s central and western regions,along with the accelerated process of urbanization,there formed a large number of special vulnerable groups,landless peasants.This article Analyzed the particularity of Landless peasants in Changsha County,and described their status of System,economy,pension,health care,employment security through a sample survey,and proposed its problems in security status.
