摘　　要：目的通过比较乳腺良恶性肿块的超声特点判断超声检查在乳腺肿块诊断中的价值。方法对115例乳腺肿块患者进行超声检查,从中分析其二维声像图及彩色多普勒的不同点。结果 115例患者经穿刺检查及术后病理与术前超声结果相对照,超声诊断符合率良性为91.7%,恶性为93.6%。结论彩色多普勒超声检查对乳腺肿块良恶性的鉴别有很高价值,可以作为首选检查方法。Objective To compare the ultrasound characteristics of benign and malignant breast masses to determine the diagnostic value of ultrasound examination in breast lump.Methods One hundred and fifteen patients with breast lump were examined and the characteristics of the two dimensional ultrasonography and color Doppler were analyzed.Results 115 patients after biopsy and postoperative pathology and preoperative ultrasound results contrast concluded that the coincidence rate of ultrasound diagnosis of malignant and benign breast masses was 91.7%,93.6% respectively.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound in differentiation of benign and malignant breast masses is of high value,which can be used as the preferred method in examination.
