摘  要:重钢新区2500m3高炉采用了激光测定布料参数的方法,获取炉料落下轨迹、料面形状、料层厚度、料流堆尖位置、布料宽度以及最大布料角度等参数。摸索出了适宜的布料模式,促进了高炉煤气流的合理分布。同时也为高炉强化冶炼提供了保障,为实现高炉长寿、高效、低耗、优质奠定技术基础。It used the method of laser measuring burden distribution parameters in 2500m3 BF of the new plant of Chongqing Iron and steel Co., Ltd, which achieved the following parameters, such as burden trajectory, profile of burden's surface, burden thickness, position of the burden peak, burden distribution width and maximum burden distribution angle. It found out the suitable distribution mode, promote the reasonable distribution of the gas flow in blast furnace. And also it provide a guarantee for the strengthening smelting of blast furnace, which laid the technological foundation of the realization of blast furnace longevity, high efficiency, low energy consumption and high quality.
