摘　　要：本文针对重钢200万t／年链箅机-回转窑球团投产后布料系统暴露出的问题进行研究分析、提出布料系统问题将严重影响球团正常生产、降低高温设备使用寿命、增加球团生产成本、存在高温设备安全隐患。通过一系列整改实现布料系统正常运行，为重钢新区球团在7月中旬实现达产达效奠定了坚实的基础。After researching the distribution-system of 200t grate-rotary kiln this paper indicated that the problem of distribution-system could affect the normal production of pellet, reduce the service life of high-temperature equipment, enhance production cost and cause potential safety hazard. A few of modifications had been put into service to improve the function of distribution-system as a solid foundation to new production achievement and economic index.
