摘　　要：阐述了"虚拟"无水港的概念,分析了"虚拟"无水港的功能,通过SWOT分析并提出了相应的策略,"虚拟"无水港将成为物流综合性服务基地,必将成为港陆两地实现可持续发展的重要支撑。Describes the ＂virtual＂ without the concept of water port,analysis of the ＂virtual＂ no water port function,by means of SWOT analysis and put forward the corresponding strategy,＂virtual＂ no water port will be comprehensive logistics service base,will become a land port and an important support to realize the sustainable development.
