连锁超市物流共同化对策研究

摘　　要：目前连锁超市物流主要的模式是供应商物流配送模式、连锁超市自营物流模式和第三方物流配送模式。在消费个性化、服务及时化、企业成本高企的背景下,需要创新的物流模式去适应高水平物流服务和低物流成本的要求。面对激烈的竞争,连锁企业联合相关企业,有效整合供应商物流资源,采取物流共同化模式,为联合体的连锁店进行统一配送,实现整体物流配送的合理化。连锁企业的物流共同化正逐步从纵向物流走向横向物流阶段。在此过程中,存在若干问题需要解决。在政府的科学引导下,构建合理的物流共同化模式,建立健全物流共同化组织,利用完善的信息系统和高素质的人才队伍,实现物流共同化的目标和效益。At present the main supermarket chain logistics modes are supplier logistics distribution mode,chain supermarket self-operating logistics mode and the third party logistics distribution mode.In the background of personalized consumption,timely service,the high cost of enterprise,an innovated logistics mode is required to meet the need of high level logistics service and low logistics cost.In the face of the fierce competition,chain enterprises should join related enterprises,integrate the logistics resource of suppliers effectively,take integrated logistics mode,distribute unifiedly for the chains of association,thus realize the rationalization of the whole logistics and distribution process.The logistics integration of chain enterprises is gradually shifting from horizontal logistics to vertical logistics stage.In the process,there are some problems to solve.The government＇s scientific guidance is required to construct reasonable integrated logistics mode,to establish perfect integrated logistics organization,to utilize perfect information system and the high quality talent team and finally to realize the goals and benefits of integrated logistics.
