基于Witness的服务系统建模仿真

摘　　要：以某高校的食堂服务系统为例进行分析,利用排队论建立食堂服务系统的仿真模型,基于Witness仿真平台对其进行仿真,根据仿真系统的输出参数对排队系统进行了优化分析。结果表明合理的配置服务窗口,可以明显地减少顾客等待时间,改进服务系统的效率,提高食堂的效益。Take the dining room of a university service system for example,using the queuing theory establishment of canteen service system of the simulation model,based on Witness simulation platform of the simulation,according to the output parameters of simulation system of queue system optimization analysis result shows that the reasonable configuration services window,can obviously reduce customer waiting time,improve the service system efficiency,improve the benefit of the dining room.
