摘　　要：本文从投入、能力和效果三个方面,运用层次分析法,从地区层面建立了北京市农村公共卫生绩效评价指标体系。在此基础上,对北京市各区县农村公共卫生供给绩效进行了实证分析,并提出了改善北京市农村公共卫生绩效的相关政策建议。This paper builds the performance assessment index system of Beijing＇ s rural public health by use of analytic hierarchy process. We assess the total performance and the classifiable performance of Beijing＇ s rural public health by means of empirical analysis of cross - district panel data, and put forward the policy suggestion to improve the performance of Beijing＇ s rural public health.
