摘　　要：国内外研究产业升级问题通常有两种思路:一是产业结构调整论;二是价值链升级论。本文从全球价值链背后隐含的全球技术链出发,结合中国台湾地区半导体照明产业升级历程,剖析产业升级的路径和方式,提出基于全球技术链下的产业升级理论,并就中国的产业升级问题提出政策建议。Researches on industrial upgrade starts with two ways of thinking. One is the adjustment of industrial structure theory, another is the value chain theory of industrial upgrade. This paper sets out from the global technology chain which is hidden from the global value chain, analyzes the paths and methods of the upgrade process, taking the upgrading process of Taiwan semiconductor lighting industry as an example. Then the paper proposes the industrial upgrade theory based on the theory of global technology chain, and puts forward ding in China certain suggestions of helping propel the industrial upgrading in China.
