摘　　要：非物质文化遗产的保护是二十一世纪以来国际社会关注的热点,它代表了一个国家、民族或群体的文化传承,它包括五项内容。国家对它的保护方式通常是整理名录、保护传承人和法律保护。法律保护是最有力的保护方式,也是法制社会的要求,它包括专门法的保护和知识产权法的保护,后者的保护对保证非物质文化遗产的传承和发展最为重要。The protection of intangible cultural heritage is an international focus of attention. It represents a national or colony cultur- al continuty and consists of five sides.Its national protection usually has rearrangement directory ,protection of inheritance people and legal protection. The legal protection is the most powerful way and also the social demands,which consists of protection of special laws and pro- tection of law of knowledge property. The latter is important to the continuty and development of intangible cultural heritage.
