瘀肿消贴治疗急性软组织损伤的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨瘀肿消贴在治疗急性软组织损伤的临床价值。方法将收治的急性软组织损伤患者80例，完全随机分为2组，对照组（外用瘀肿消散）和研究组（外用瘀肿消贴），各40例，比较2组患者的临床疗效及观察2组患者用药前及用药7d后疼痛、肿胀、瘀斑、功能障碍积分情况。结果研究组总有效率为97．5％（39／40）、对照组为85．0％（34／40），2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。治疗后研究组疼痛、肿胀、淤斑及功能障碍积分均低于对照组[分别为（1．4±0．9）分比（1．7±0.8）分，（1．3±0．9）分比（1．7±0．7）分，（1．3±0．8）分比（1．6±0．6）分，（1．2±0．7）分比（1．6±0．6）分，P〈0．01或P〈0．05]。结论瘀肿消贴对治疗急性软组织损伤具有明显的治疗效果。Objective To investigate the effect of bruises disappear paste on acute soft tissue injury. Methods Totally 80 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups ： the control group （ external bruises disappear, 40 cases） and study group （external bruises disappear paste,40 cases）. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Clinical outcomes before and after treatment, including pain, swelling, ecchymosis and points of dysfunction were observed. Results The total effective rate of study group was 97.5% （39/40）, significantly lower than that of the control group [85.0% （34/40）, P 〈0.01 ]. Pain, swelling, ecchymosis and integration dysfunction of study group was significantly lower than those of the control group [ （ 1.40±0. 94） score vs （ 1.73 ± 0. 80） score, （ 1.35 ± 0. 87 ） score vs （ 1.66 ± 0. 72） score, （ 1.28 ±0. 83 ） score vs （ 1.63 ± 0. 64 ） score, （ 1.23 ±0. 74） score vs （ 1.57±0. 59 ） score, P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ]. Conclusion Eliminate bruising paste for treatment of acute soft tissue injury shows significant therapeutic effects.
