药品供应工作中缺货情况分析及应对措施

摘　　要：目的寻找药品供应过程中缺货的规律，更好地保障临床药品供应。方法通过汇总我院15周的药品缺货信息，提取药房缺货频次高的药品做出药品库存、消耗一时间分析图，查找与分析缺货原因，提出改进办法。结果本研究药品供应过程中缺货药品共涉及476品种，1322品次，缺货率为3．1％。其中长期缺货166品次，占12．6％；招标换标所致缺货175品次，占13．2％；供应商供货不足所致缺货675品次，占51．1％；发票原因致缺货79品次，占6．0％；采购办调整药库计划数量致缺货78品次，占5．9％；药品84品次，占6．3％；药房原因缺货45品次，占3．4％；药库原因缺货20品次，占1．5％。导致缺货有因定价过低企业停产、医院招标换标期间产品的更替带来供应波动、供货商物流不畅、库存调整供应降低、信息滞后、库管员责任心不强等原因。结论通过应用物流信息保障系统、加强供货商沟通、加强医院内部协调、做缺货评估，制定患者优先计划等措施将药品缺货的产生降至最低，最大程度地保障临床药品供应。Objective To analyze the shortage in drug supplies and to provide better service of clinical medicine supply. Methods The drugs stock information within 15 weeks was summarized. The data of frequent drug shortage was collected and consumption - time analysis diagram was collected. Results A total of 476 species and 1322 items were involved. The shortage rate was 3.1%. The long-term shortage of goods has 166 items, accounting for 12. 6%. Shortage caused by bidding for standard had 175 items, accounting for 13.2% ; supply deficiency had 675 items, accounting for 51.1% ;79 items caused by stock reason accounted for 6. 0%. 78 items caused by procurement office adjustment medicine library plan, accounted for 5.9% ; 84 items caused by drug products, accounted for 6. 3% ; pharmacy causes 45 items, accounting for 3.4% ; 20 items caused by medicine library, accounting for 1.5%.. The reasons of shortage included product termination by low price, supply issues by product turnover, logistics of suppliers, adjustment of supplies and responsibility of person, etc. Conclusions We should strengthen communication with suppliers and internal coordination by the application of logistics information system, evaluate the shortage and formulate priority plan to minimum and ensure drug supplies.
