摘　　要：目的探讨六安市人民医院药物不良反应（ADR）发生的一般规律和特点，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对我院2008年1月至2010年12月收集到的392例不良反应填报完整上报并作分析评价的ADR报告表进行统计分析。结果收集的392例ADR报告中，静脉滴注导致ADR比例占首位，有277例，占70．7％。我院抗微生物药引起的ADR占第1位，有138例，占35．2％，中药注射剂、调节水电锯质及营养药分别占第2．3位；ADR临床表现主要以皮肤及附件损害为主，有184例，占46．9％；其次为消化系统症状，有70例，占17．9％。结论加强我院不良反应监测及上报工作，减少或避免不良反应的发生，促进合理用药。Objective To investigate the characteristics and regularities of the adverse drug reactions （ADRs） occurred in Lu＇an People＇s Hospital; to provide a reference for the clinical use of drugs. Methods Three hundred and ninety-two integrate ADR cases（ with complete information, analysis and evaluation） from January 2008 to December 2010 were analyzed statistically. Results Of the 392 cases,277 cases （70. 7% ） had intravenous drip infusion. Antimicrobials took the lead with 138 cases （35. 2% ）. Traditional Chinese medicine injections, regulating water and electrolyte and nutritional medicine were second and third respectively. The ADRs manifested mainly as lesions of skin （184 cases, 46. 9% ）, followed by gastreintestintesttract reactions （70 cases, 17.9% ）. Condnsion It is necessary to intensify ADR monitoring and reporting to reduce or avoid adverse reactions.
