中医药防治慢性病的几点思考

摘　　要：慢性病是一个多因素长期影响的结果,中医药特有的防治理念及方法形成了防治慢性病的独特优势。文章从慢性病的定义和特点、西医治疗慢性病的局限性、中医药防治慢性病的策略与方法等方面对慢性病的防治展开论述,认为中医学"整体观念"、"辨证论治"、"治未病"思想对于慢性病的防治具有积极意义。结合课题组有关针灸治疗慢性消化系统疾病的临床研究,认为发扬各种中医药临床特色诊疗技术对增强中医药防治慢性病的综合能力具有重大意义。Chronic disease results from many factors in a long term.At present,traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） has been more and more popular by the whole society because of its unique theory and effective practice.The article discussed from the following aspects： the definition and characteristics of chronic disease,the limit of western medicine treatment,methods of Chinese medicine treatment on chronic disease.We conclude that ＇concept of wholism＇,＇syndrome differentiation＇ and ＇preventive treatment of disease＇ are core thought for chronic disease prevention.Combined with our project that ＇the clinic research on acupuncture to treat chronic digestive system diseases＇,we think that to develop clinical characteristic diagnosis and treatment technology of traditional Chinese medicine has important significance to strengthen the comprehensive abilities of prevention and cure of TCM on chronic disease.
