摘　　要：现代高等教育由于科学技术的高度发展,办学规模扩大,教学内容要求提高,对教育经费的需求也相应增长。能否筹措比较充足的教育经费成为吉林省高等教育发展的一个重要关键。The modern higher education,because of the rapid development of science and technology,expanse of school size,teaching content requirements increase in education,is correspondingly in a demand of educational expenditure.As a result,to raise sufficient funds for education becomes the key of the higher education development in Jilin province.
