摘　　要：产业集聚不仅仅是生产相同产品或具有上下游产业关联关系的企业向同一地区集中,更重要的是形成以地方网络为基础的产业体系。从经济性的角度深入分析了产业集聚的网络特性、网络关系、网络结构和网络效应。The industrial cluster is not only the enterprises of similar products or with upstream and downstream industry relationship focus on the same area, more important is to form the industry system basis on local network. The article deeply analyze the network characteristics, network relationship, network structure and network effect of the industrial cluster from the point of view of the economy.
