银杏叶提取物注射液联合大剂量弥可保治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价银杏叶提取物注射液与弥可保联合应用对糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法:选择2型糖尿病患者伴周围神经病变者50例,随机分为两组,各25例,两组均在饮食、运动、药物治疗血糖稳定的基础上,弥可保1 000μg静脉注射,每天1次,疗程14 d,治疗组加用银杏叶提取物注射液40 ml及生理盐水250 ml静脉点滴,疗程为14 d。结果:治疗组有效率92%,明显高于对照组60%(P<0.01)。结论:银杏叶提取物注射液与弥可保联合应用可明显改善对糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗效果。Objective：To investigate the curative effects of injection of Ginkgo biloba extraces combined with meobalamin treatment on diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN）.Methods：Fifty patients with DPN were randomly divided into two groups,25 each.To control the blood glucose stable by diet,sports and drug therapy,added Meobalamin,intravenous injection,once a day,for 14 days.The treatment group was added injection of Ginkgo biloba extraces 40 ml in 250 ml normal saline intravenous injection for 14 days.Results：The effective rate of the treatment group（92%） were significantly higher than the control group（60%）（P0.01）.Conclusion：Injection of Ginkgo biloba extraces combined with high dose of Meobalamin can significantly improve the curative effects of DPN.
