摘　　要：从思想上、制度上、现代化方面阐述了高校图书馆构建地方文献特色馆藏的必要性和方略,以及地方文献对区域经济发展所起到的助推作用。This article illustrates the necessity and the strategy of storing the local documents by university libraries from the ideological and institutional aspects,as well as the modernization of the database of these documents.At the same time,it also discusses how the local documents can help to promote the development of local economy.
