摘　　要：站在图书馆改革的立场去理解现有的社会知识交流论,考察其重要意义、时代职能以及和图书馆的直接联系。阐述了图书馆的情报职能、教育职能和社会职能,肯定了图书馆系统应有的社会作用。This article attempts to understand the existing social knowledge exchange theory based the reform of library position,explores its important significance,time function and relationship with library,elaborates the intelligence function,educational function and social function,affirms the social role that the library system should assume.
