摘　　要：产业结构转换和效益不仅对促进"呼包鄂"区域经济增长有重要意义,而且也是提高"呼包鄂"区域竞争力的有效途径。运用偏离份额法分析了"呼包鄂"区域、内蒙古自治区和长三角地区的产业结构效益。并对产业结构转换从产业结构转换能力、速度、方向上进行了量化分析。给出了几条基本结论和建议。The efficiency and transform of industrial structure not only plays a key role in economic development of Hu Bao E area but also is better method to enhance the Competitiveness in Hu Bao E area.In this paper,By means of shift-share method,We analyzed the efficiency of industrial structure in HU Bao E area,Inner Mongolia,Yangtze river delta area,and quantitatively analyzed transformation ability,transformation speed and transformation direction of industrial structure.And several basic conclusions and suggestions are given in the last part.
