高校公文制作规范初探

摘　　要：高校公文是实现高校正常运转的重要的工具。加强高校公文制作的规范性,对于提升高校管理水平具有很强的现实意义。然而,在工作实践中,高校公文制作不规范的现象却时有发生。从文种使用、公文格式、行文规则、语言表述、公文用语、附件使用等六个方面对高校在公文制作过程中易出现的不规范现象进行归纳和分析,并指出如何改正,希冀对加强高校公文制作的规范性有所裨益。The administrative documents are important tools for running Colleges and Universities effectively.Strengthening the standardization of administrative documents is of great significance for enhancing the level of university management.However,in practical work,the non-standard phenomenon in current administrative documents appears now and then.I analyzes the non-standard documents in six aspects： kind of use,document format,language rules,language expression,document language,and the use of attachments.Meanwhile,the paper also shows how to correct these non-standard documents,in the hope of strengthening the standardization of administrative documents.
