摘  要:借用原有电气设备的单片机资源,增加外围电路,设计了一种用单片机控制的电压转电流电路。它用于把标准电压信号转换为标准电流信号进行远距离传输,可增强信号的抗干扰能力。该电路通过单片机控制,不但可以根据需要调整电压电流转换曲线,减少因器件固有特性造成的转换误差,而且具有精度高,成本低,体积小,电路简单等特点。该电路已应用于采煤机电控系统的信号转换和信号传输,满足了设计的要求。The voltage signal converts to current circuit controlled by SCM(Single-Chip Microcomputer) is designed by original electric installation's SCM resources and increase surrounding circuit,which converts the standard voltage signal to standard current signal and help the signal transfer long distance,also strength the signal's anti-interference ability.The circuit is controlled by SCM,it not only can adjust convert curve of voltage current,reduce convert error by electronic component's intrinsic features,but also have the features of high accuracy,low cost,small size and simple circuit.This circuit has been applied on signal transfer and transmission of shear's electrical control system,which can meet design needs.
