摘　　要：为提高液压支架制造质量,根据多年来从事液压支架制造过程中累积的经验,论述了焊接工艺参数的选取,焊接接头的选择,焊接应力的控制,焊接过程应力集中的预防,焊接残余变形的控制和预防等工艺措施。实践表明,采用这些工艺措施能保证支架结构件的焊接质量,并取得良好的效果。In order to improve the quality of hydraulic support,according to rich experience of manufacure hydraulic support,the choice of welding procedure,welding joints choice,welding stress control are discussed.The prevention of stress concentrated during welding,welding remains＇ distortion control and prevention are introduced.The results show that this welding procedures ensure quality.
