摘　　要：志愿服务在弘扬人类道德文化、促进社会和谐与进步等方面具有积极的作用。我国志愿服务事业目前尚处于起步阶段,面临着诸多的问题和困境。国内外大学生志愿服务的发展历程、基本特征及招募、培训、评价和保障机制的比较显示,建立和健全大学生志愿服务长效机制,需要积极培育大学生志愿文化,完善大学生志愿服务的相关制度,提升大学生志愿服务队伍的专业化水平,并尽快为大学生志愿服务立法。The volunteer service has a positive role to promote the culture of human morality,social harmony and progress.China＇s voluntary service is in its infancy and faces many problems and difficulties.The comparison between domestic and international university student volunteer services in their developments,characteristics,recruitment,training,evaluation and protection mechanism have shown that in order to establish and refine the student volunteer service mechanism,it is necessary to cultivate the college students volunteering culture actively,improve the service system,enhance the professionalism of the service team,create the service brand,as well as legislate the service as soon as possible.
