摘　　要：鄱阳湖生态经济发展为回流农民工就业、创业提供了难得的机遇,但鄱阳湖生态经济区回流农民工就业、创业过程中微观层面上存在一些发展中的问题。针对这些问题提出了促进回流农民工可持续发展的对策。The ecological economic development of the Poyang Lake provided rare oppoutunity for migrant workers,but there were some developming problems on the micro level about the migrant farmers＇ employment and pioneering.The countermeasures of promoting sustainable development for returning migrant workers were put forward.
