摘 要:[目的]筛选抗玉米穗腐病的种质资源。[方法]采用牙签法接种串珠镰刀菌,对54份玉米自交系进行抗穗腐病鉴定。[结果]筛选出高抗(HR)自交系3份、抗病(R)玉米自交系5份。不同来源的材料抗病性有较大差异:海92-1的选系抗性较差,大多属于高感材料;热带亚热带玉米改良自交系抗性较好。[结论]为有效开展玉米抗穗腐病育种工作提供了理论依据。[Objective] The aim was to screen out maize germplasm resources which had resistance to ear rot.[Method] Fifty-four corn inbred lines were inoculated with the Fusarium vertcillioides by toothpick method.[Result] 3 corn inbred lines were highly resistant and 5 maize inbred lines were resistant.The resistance of materials from different sources were quite different,among them Hai92-1 had less resistance,most of which were highly infected material,and tropical and subtropical maize improved inbred lines had better resistance.[Conclusion] The research result provides theoretical basis for the breeding of maize germplasm resources with resistance to ear rot.
