摘 要:[目的]探讨膜生物反应器中试试验中各因素的影响效应。[方法]以自主开发的聚偏氟乙烯制成的高性能中空纤维膜为材料,采用A/O-MBR工艺,对中试污水进行处理。[结果]DO对出水氨氮、COD浓度具有重要影响,好氧池中DO介于3.6~3.9 mg/L时,出水氨氮浓度较低,高于4.0 mg/L时出水氨氮浓度有增加趋势;当好氧池中DO低于3.5 mg/L时,出水COD浓度显著增加。出水COD受温度影响较大,水温在25℃以下时,出水COD稳定于较低浓度,在15~20 mg/L之间波动;当温度高于25℃时,出水COD明显增加。污泥浓度对出水COD浓度影响较大。好氧池中MLSS维持在5~6 g/L以上时,出水COD浓度变化不大,当低于5 g/L,出水COD增加迅速。[结论]控制好氧池DO在3.5~4.0 mg/L,水温在20~25℃,MLSS在6~10 g/L左右为MBR处理生活污水的最佳运行条件。[Objective] To discuss the effect of each factor on the treatment effect in the pilot study of MBR.[Method] With the high-performance hollow fiber membrane developed by PVDF as the test material,the sewage was treated by the A/O-MBR technology.[Result] DO played an important role on ammonia and COD concentrations,when aerobic pool DO ranged from 3.6-3.9 mg/L,the effluent ammonia concentration was low,while it exceeded 4.0 mg/L,the ammonia concentration showed an increasing trend;while when the DO was below 3.5 mg/L,the effluent COD increased significantly.The effluent COD was influenced by temperature,when the water temperature was under 25 ℃,the effluent COD stabilized at lower concentrations and fluctuated between 15 and 20 mg/L;when the temperature was higher than 25 ℃,the effluent COD increased significantly.The MLSS of the aerobic pool maintained at 5-6 g/L or more,the effluent COD concentration changed little,if it was less than 5 g/L,the effluent COD increased rapidly.[Conclusion] The best sewage treatment conditions by MBR were 3.5-4.0 mg/L DO,20-25 ℃ temperature and 6-10 g/L in the aerobic tanker.
