摘　　要：将60 Co γ射线用于水稻花药培养育种中 ,结果表明 ,5～ 1 0Gy的低剂量处理接种前花药能提高花培绿苗诱导率 ,1 5 0～ 2 0 0Gy的高剂量急性处理水稻F0 代干种子 ,接种M1代花药 ,对花药绿苗诱导效果不明显 ,但能提高花培后代植株的变异频率 ;接种 2 5 0Gy剂量处理F0 代种子的当代材料花药 ,会降低花药培养力。The results of applying 60 Co γ ray to rice anther culture showed that the frequencies of the calli induction and the green plantlet differentiation increased when anthers was treated with 5 10 Gy of gamma ray before inoculation.The cultured ability could not increase but the variation frequencies of anther green plants increased.The anther culture ability of MF 1 anthers from F 0 seeds irradiated with 150 200Gy of gamma ray would lower down.It was not very beneficial to induction of calli when the dose of irradiation was over 250Gy.
