摘　　要：在水稻光 (温 )敏核不育系的不育和可育期进行花药氨基酸含量测定、叶片内还原糖、蔗糖含量及过氧化物酶同工酶测定。发现在不育阶段的脯氨酸、胱氨酸等的含量与可育阶段的含量有差别 ;还原糖、蔗糖含量在不育阶段比可育阶段含量高 ;在可育阶段 ,过氧化物酶同工酶酶带比不育阶段多一条。The contents of seventeen amino acids in anther,as well as the reduced sugar and peroxidase isozyme in leaves in both sterile and fertile periods were determined.The results were as follosw:the contents of pro,met,lys in sterile period was different from that of fertile period,the contents of reduced sugar and sucrose in leaevs in sterile period were higher than that in fertile period.Isozyme pattern of the fertile period was significantly different from that of the sterile period.
