摘 要:对两亲本色素产生能力差异较大的杂交组合 - 6 30 7组合色素遗传进行分析 ,证明稻瘟病菌的色素产生是由一个基因控制。通过 6 30 7R - 9(深灰或黑 )与6 30 7R - 1 0 (白 )进行菌丝融合 ,较易形成色素产生能力不同于两亲本的新菌株。对 5 5 86组合、 6 5 1 5组合等 4个组合共 2 41个菌株色素产生情况的观察 ,进一步验证了稻瘟病菌色素产生由一个基因控制。Genetic study of melanin producing in Magnaporthe grisea was made by utilizing cross 6307 which had a great disparity of the ability of melanin producing between two parent isolates.Results showed that melanin producing was controlled by a single gene. The hyphal fusion between 6307R 9 (dark grey or black)and 6307R 10(white)showed that new isolates altered in melanin producing were formed easily.Meanwhile,the melanin producing of 241 isolates from four crosses further identified that melanin producing was controlled by one gene and their heredity accorded with the regulation of gene separation.
