自主管理小组在厂矿企业群体驱铅治疗护理质量管理中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨自主管理小组在提高厂矿企业群体驱铅治疗护理质量管理中的作用。方法由参加厂矿企业驱铅治疗的护士参与组成自主质量管理小组,以广西6家冶炼厂矿企业980例铅超标工人作为研究对象,按驱铅治疗时间顺序将前3家企业的411例作为对照组(质量管理小组成立前),后3家企业的569例为观察组,从消毒隔离、护理文件书写、健康教育及知识知晓率、工人的满意度及标本收集等质量控制,比较小组成立前后护理质量考核结果。结果自主管理小组成立工人的满意度、护理文件书写、消毒隔离、健康教育覆盖及知晓率、标本留取合格率均高于成立前(P<0.01)。结论自主管理小组可促进厂矿企业群体驱铅治疗护理质量的提高,是提高厂矿企业驱铅治疗护理质量的有效管理方法。[Objective]To explore the Effect of independent management group in improving lead-eliminating treatment nursing quality in the factories and mining enterprises [Methods]The nurse who participated in lead-eliminating treatment of the factories and mining enterprises formed the independent quality control group.A total of 980 workers from 6 smelting works and mining enterprises with exceeded lead levels were recruited as study objects.The first 411 cases from 3enterprise were defined as the control group according to lead-eliminating treatment time sequencing,the 569 cases as the observation group.The quality of care assessment results were compared before and after the group established from disinfection isolation,nursing document writing,health education and knowledge knowing rate,worker＇s degree of satisfaction and specimen collection. [Results]The worker＇s degrees of satisfaction,nursing document writing,the disinfection isolation,the health education coverage and knowing rate,the qualified rate of the specimen storage were all increased after the independent management group established,（P0.01）. [Conclusion]The independent management group can promote the improvement of lead-eliminating treatment of the factories and mining enterprises.It is the effective management method to enhance the nursing quality.
