丹参注射液对小鼠Lewis肺癌COX-2表达的影响

摘　　要：目的观察丹参注射液对小鼠Lewis肺癌环氧化酶-2(Cyclooxygenase-2,COX-2)表达的影响。方法建立Lewis肺癌小鼠模型,用免疫组织化学方法检测丹参注射液对Lewis肺癌组织COX-2表达的影响。结果丹参注射液组COX-2表达低于生理盐水组,高于环磷酰胺组,差异有统计学意义。结论丹参注射液能够抑制小鼠Lewis肺癌的生长,其机制与降低COX-2的表达有关。Objective To observe the inhibitory effect of Danshen injection on the expression of COX-2 of the mice with Lewis lung cancer.Methods To establish Lewis pulmonary carcinoma models,detected the expressions of COX-2 by immunohistochemistry（IHC） and determined the size of tumor,tumor weight at the end of experiment.Results There were significant differences in the expressions of COX-2 between Danshen group and Saline group;there were also significant differences in the expressions of COX-2 between Danshen group and Cyclophosphamide group.Conclusions Danshen can effectively inhibit the growth and metastasis of implanted Lewis lung carcinoma,which is probably attributed to reducing the abnormal expression of COX-2.
