血清尿酸在原发性高血压及左心室肥厚中的表达和意义

摘　　要：目的研究血清尿酸水平与原发性高血压及左心室肥厚的关系。方法选择原发性高血压患者共81例,采用心脏超声检查分为单纯高血压组(56例)和高血压合并左心室肥厚组(25例),以正常血压患者为对照(40例),常规检测血压、体重指数、空腹血糖、血脂、超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)和血清尿酸。观察血清尿酸和hsCRP在各组之间的差异。结果各组间的体重指数、空腹血糖、血脂无显著差异(P>0.05)。与正常血压患者相比,单纯性高血压和高血压合并左心室肥厚患者的血清尿酸和hsCRP水平呈逐渐上升趋势,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论高尿酸血症可能与原发性高血压及左心室肥厚的发生有相关性。Objective To investigate the relationship between serum uric acid and essential hypertension as well as left ventricular hypertrophy.Methods Compared with 40 cases of normal blood pressure patients,81 cases of essential hypertension patients were divided into essential hypertension group（56cases） and hypertension combined by left ventricular hypertrophy group（25 cases） according to cardiac echocardiography.All patients were determined in blood pressure、body mass index（BMI）,fasting blood glucose,blood fat,hypersensitive C reaction protein（hsCRP）as well as serum uric acid.Results There were no significant differences in BMI,fasting blood glucose,blood fat between each groups（P0.05）.Compared with which in normal blood pressure patients,the level of serum uric acid and hsCRP in essential hypertension and left ventricular hypertrophy patients ascended increasingly,the differences were remarkable（P0.05）.Conclusions The serum uric acid is probably related with essential hypertension and left ventricular hypertrophy.
