摘　　要：目的观察跗外侧动脉皮瓣移植修复手足皮肤缺损的安全性及临床疗效,并研究手术的注意事项等。方法观察我院采用跗外侧动脉皮瓣移植修复的手足部皮肤缺损48例患者的资料,研究其手术的成功率、术后反应、随访术区皮瓣存活率、皮肤颜色及神经感觉等。结果 48例患者中有29例为逆行修复足前端创面,19例为游离跗外侧皮瓣修复手部缺损,修复面积最大7.3cm×8.6cm,最小为3.1cm×4.4cm。平均面积4.52cm×5.82cm。平均手术时间(526.3±52.6)min。术后7例患者出现水疱形成、感染、皮缘裂开等症状,经对症处理后均好转。手术成功率100%,术后随访所有患者植皮均获存活,皮肤颜色接近,神经感觉良好。结论跗外侧动脉皮瓣有神经支配、血管粗大、皮瓣薄,可以作为手足部皮肤缺损修复的理想皮瓣。Objective To observe the safety and clinical efficacy of lateral tarsal artery flap in repairing hand-foot skin defects,and to study the surgical precautions.Methods To observe lateral tarsal artery flap in repairing skin defect of hand-foot in 48 patients in our hospital,study its success rate of surgery,postoperative reaction,follow-up surgical flap survival,such as skin color and sensory.Results In 48 patients,there were 29 cases of retrograde front foot wound repair and 19 patients with lateral tarsal flap for the free hand defect,repair the largest area of 7.3 × 8.6cm,a minimum of 3.1×4.4cm.The average size was 4.52×5.82cm.The mean operative time was 526.3 ± 52.6min.7 patients had blister formation,infection,skin flap dehiscence and other symptoms after surgery and were improved after symptomatic treatment.100% success rate of surgery,postoperative follow-up of all patients were skin graft survival,skin color close to the surrounds and nerves feel good.Conclusions The lateral tarsal artery flap with nerves,blood vessels thick,thin flap,can be used as the ideal flap in repairing hand-foot skin defects.
