摘  要:以聚氧乙烯为起始原料,合成了一系列硅表面活性剂以及它们的丙烯酸酯,用FT-IR和1HNMR对其结构进行了表征,用最大气泡法测定了其表面张力.以其作为接枝单体,利用反应挤出接枝的方法制备了系列功能化聚乙烯,用FTIR确定了接枝共聚物的结构和接枝率;用DSC、WAXD、接触角测量仪和XPS对接枝共聚物的热性能、结晶行为和表面性能进行了测试分析.结果表明,随着聚氧乙烯相对分子质量的增加,硅表面活性剂的表面活性降低;表面活性剂作为接枝链的引入,降低了接枝共聚物的接触角,提高了接枝共聚物的结晶温度,降低了半结晶时间,但没有破坏聚乙烯的晶格;接枝共聚物的亲水性得到改善.A series of novel silicon surfactants ( A, B, C) are synthesized by using poly ( ethylene oxide) (PEG) (200,600,1 000) as the main starting materials. Their chemical structures are characterized by means of FTIR and 1H NMR, and the surface tension of a, b, c are evaluated by maximum bubble pressure method. A, B, C are a- dopted as the grafting monomers of LLDPE, and grafting reaction is carried out by using melt reactive extrusion procedure. Their chemical structures and graft ratios are characterized by means of FTIR. The thermal properties, crystallization properties and surface properties of the copolymers are studied by means of DSC, WAXD, XPS and contact angle. The result shows that graft copolymers have higher crystallization temperatures, lower half time for crystallization than those of the plain LLDPE, the hydrophilic property of the graft copolymers is better than the plain LLDPE.
