血常规MCV、MCH对静止型α地中海贫血的筛查意义

摘　　要：目的探讨血常规MCV、MCH对静止型α地中海贫血(以下简称地贫)的筛查价值。方法回顾性分析,2010年1月至2011年5月间在我院行相关检查者。研究组:110例静止型α地贫患者;对照组:100例健康体检者。比较两组间MCV、MCH均值的差异,并对两组资料进行ROC曲线分析。结果静止型α地贫组MCV、MCH均值与健康对照组有明显差异。ROC曲线分析,MCV曲线下面积0.926,MCH曲线下面积为0.954。结论血常规MCV、MCH可作为静止型α地贫的有效筛查指标,但存在漏检风险。Objective： To discuss the screening significance of routine blood MCV and MCH for static-type alpha thalassemia.Methods： The data of 110 static-type alpha thalassemias and 100 healthy controls during January 2010 and May 2011 were analyzed.The differences of MCV and MCH between the two above groups were compared.Data of the two groups were analyzed by ROC curves.Results： The differences of MCV and MCH between static-type alpha thalassemias and healthy controls were significant.The area of MCV under ROC curves was 0.926.That of MCH was 0.954.Conclusions： Routine blood MCV and MCH are valuable markers for the screening of static-type alpha thalassemias.Miss risks exist.
