摘 要:目的先天性心脏病(congenital heart defects,CHDs)是最常见的一种心脏畸形,并且具有较高的发病率。先天的心脏畸形是由遗传和环境因素导致的。本文旨在讨论甘肃地区自然环境因素与先天性心脏病的患病风险之间的关系。方法收集甘肃省各县市436例先天性心脏病患者详细资料,从甘肃省的海拔、年平均气温、年平均降水量以及土壤类型方面,用Excel和SPSS17.0进行相关风险环境因素分析。结果高海拔、年平均气温低和缺锌的土壤环境均可能与CHDs的患病风险有相关性。结论甘肃省的高海拔、年平均气温低和土壤缺锌可能成为增加先天性心脏病患病风险的环境因素。Background:Congenital heart defects(CHDs) is one of the most common heart malformations with relatively high incidence rate all over the world.Both genetic factors and environmental factors would lead to congenital heart malformations.The present study aims to explore the relationship between environmental factors and congential heart defects risk in Gansu Province.Methods:Detailed record of 436 people with congenital heart disease form Gansu Province was collected.Excel and SPSS 17.0 were used to analyze the effects of environmental factors like altitude,annual mean temperature,precipitation and agrotype.Results:High altitude,low mean temperature and soils with Zinc shortage and slightly alkaline in counties would be association with the disease risks of CHDs.Conclusion:High altitude,low mean temperature and soils with Zinc shortage would be the potential environmental factors that increase the disease risks of CHDs in Gansu province.The results of the present study would provide a scientific basis for prevention and control VSD in people from Northwest China.
