摘　　要：目的:探讨针刺治疗感觉神经性嗅觉障碍的疗效。方法:临床观察感觉神经性嗅觉障碍病例78例,随机分为两组,治疗组采取针刺治疗,对照组采用鼻喷激素治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率84.6%,对照组总有效率61.5%,两组比较P<0.05。结论:针刺治疗感觉神经性嗅觉障碍具有良好疗效。Objective：To evaluate the effect on treating sensorineural olfactory disorder.Methods：There were 78 clinical cases with sensorineural olfactory disorder and they were divided into two groups randomly.Treatment group was used by acupuncture while control group was used by nasal spray hormone.Results：The total efficiency of treating group was 84.6% while the total efficiency of control group was 61.5% There was a significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：Acupuncture is effective for treating sensorineural olfactory disorder.
