禽健宝散配合鸡球虫免疫增效持续期实验

摘　　要：应用禽健宝散及配合鸡柔嫩艾美耳球虫活卵囊免疫鸡 ,能明显提高鸡抗球虫感染的免疫力 ,降低鸡球虫的致病力 ;禽健宝散能显著增强鸡球虫活卵囊免疫的效力 ,免疫增效持续期为 90:In this study,an enhanced effect is observed by a great degree of protection and a longer duration of immunity of 90 days against infection of Eimeria tenella after primary immunization by oocytes of the parasites and “QinJianBaoSan”in chicken.The chicken only administered with“QinJianBaoSan”also have a higher resistance to challenge of the parasites compared to that in the control group.
